Digital gift cards are available in a variety of increments on our website and in store. 

We partner with USP, USPS, and FEDEX. A shipping confirmation email we be sent no later than the evening deliver your scheduled delivery date. 

You can select a delivery date for your order at checkout up to 30 days in advance.  If you are ordering treats for a time sensitive event, we recommend scheduling your delivery to arrive 3 days in advance, if they are being shipped. 

We do everything we possible can to make sure order arrives by your scheduled delivery date. However, once a package ships there can be factors outside of our control. 

As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strike, natural disasters, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners’ employees  or similar reasons that are outside of our control.  

Of course! You can include a gift note during checkout. The message will be printed and included in the box for your recipients to read when the order arrives!
